Before and after remodeling stories

 La Reserve Story

Our clients at La Reserve wanted a complete update for their kitchen, family room and bar area. All the cabinets were very traditional, and the corner kitchen did not scale well with the size of the house. We opened up the walls of the pantry and moved the wall of the laundry to give them more space. We designed a more contemporary look by added Foiled wall cabinets, brushed linen taupe cabinets, and added dark cherry island and bar cabinets to incorporate the different styles to blend well with the rest of the house.

 Club Vista Story

Our clients had a primary bathroom that was outdated from the 90s. They had no use for the huge black built-in tub. We removed the tub, relocated the shower to the tub area and gave them a really large double vanity with a linen cabinet. This bathroom has a timeless elegance in neutral tones that will never go out of style.

 Baker Story

Our clients are working professionals with children who all outgrew the kitchen they had. They asked us to enlarge the kitchen for a growing family, make it as maintenance free as possible and give it a timeless look. We designed a light, airy kitchen with surfaces that would wear well over the years so it can still look as fresh as the day the remodel was completed.

 Hydukovich Bathroom Story

Our clients wanted to completely update their bathroom with a brand-new walk-in shower and get rid the old tub that was taking up space. We redesigned the bathroom to give them the shower they wanted, updated all the finishes to reflect the rustic, southwest design they were looking for. We used beautiful “wood look” porcelain floors, pebble stone for their shower floor and backsplash and tumbled Walnut Travertine for their shower walls.

 Hydukovich Kitchen Story

After we finished remodeling their primary bathroom, they wanted us to design and remodel their kitchen, install new flooring throughout the home and update their fireplace. We designed their kitchen by opening up the partition wall between the kitchen and the living area. Instead of a small corner kitchen, we opened up the space by also installing a large island with a sink and designing in a neutral palette with touches of the southwest with rustic elements. We used solid core vinyl planks on the floor for easy care and installed stacked stone on their fireplace. The whole house is now refreshed and looks completely new with a beautiful cohesive design throughout the home.

 Gassel Story

Mrs. Gassel is an experienced interior designer, but she wanted help with her kitchen. She wanted a very dramatic black and white kitchen and came to us with her color palette already designed. We opened up her kitchen by removing her pantry and a large bump-out wall on the other side. This let us design a kitchen that was more open and functional. Beautiful black cabinets with black marbled countertops by Silestone called Eternal Marquina Quartz

 Reiter Story

Mrs. Reiter came to us with a kitchen that was outdated. She wanted a more “desert contemporary” look for her kitchen. We could not do anything about the size of her kitchen since it was one large rectangular room, but we designed the kitchen with the cooktop and hood being the focal point. Natural alder wood cabinets and touches of Turquoise gave her the look she was looking for.

 Tobey Story

Mr. and Mrs. Tobey came to us because their large kitchen was not functional for them. The island had a bar top and was very small. We opened up the kitchen by removing the small, angled island and installing a large one the spanned the width of the kitchen. We also removed their pantry to give them space for a small desk area. The soft taupe wood-stained Cherry cabinets look beautiful and timeless with their Breckenridge Granite Countertop.

 Diamond Story

Mrs. Diamond has a beautiful, southwest/hacienda style home that had bold colors throughout the house. She wanted to update her kitchen to a more neutral palette and make it timeless. We painted the whole house a soft “Igloo White” from Dunn Edwards and installed new alder wood cabinets in a soft taupe color. Her new hood is also done in a soft painted wood to match her wall cabinets and the beautiful chandeliers finished the look she was hoping for.

 Winegar Story

Our clients wanted to update their kitchen to reflect the rustic and artful beauty of the rest of their home. They also needed more space for their cooking needs since they loved to entertain guests at home. We updated their cabinets and finishes to really reflect their rustic yet elegant style and designed their cabinets to help organize all the appliances and food they needed space for.
