Before and after remodeling stories

 La Reserve Kitchen Story

Our clients at La Reserve wanted a complete update for their kitchen, family room and bar area. The existing cabinets were very traditional, and the corner kitchen did not scale well with the size of the house. We opened up the walls of the pantry and moved the wall of the laundry to give them more space. We designed a more contemporary look by adding "Foiled" wall cabinets, brushed linen taupe cabinets, and adding dark cherry island and bar cabinets to incorporate the varied design styles used throughout the rest of the house.

 Club Vista Bathroom Story

Our clients had a primary bathroom that was sporting an outdated look from the 90s. They had no use for the oversized, black porcelain-tiled built-in tub. By removing the tub, we were able to relocate the shower to the tub area, giving them a sizable double-vanity with a linen cabinet. The end result is a bathroom with a timeless elegance in neutral tones that will never go out of style, not to mention a very happy client.

 Baker Kitchen Story

Our clients, the Baker's, are working professionals with children who outgrew their modestly sized kitchen that served them well for so many years. They asked us to enlarge the kitchen for their growing family, make it as maintenance free as possible, and give them a timeless look -- all common requests that we're adept at handling. To satisfy their needs, we designed a light, airy kitchen with surfaces that would wear well over the years, and continue to look as fresh as it did the day the remodel was completed.

 Hydukovich Bathroom Story

The Hydukovich's were ready to completely update their bathroom with a walk-in shower. By eliminating the the old, unused tub that was taking up space, we were able to configure their bathroom to accommodate their wishes. We updated all the finishes to reflect the more rustic, Southwest design that they had hoped for. “Wood look” porcelain floors, a pebble stone shower floor and backsplash, and tumbled Walnut Travertine shower walls was just what they were looking for.

 Hydukovich Kitchen Story

After a successful remodel of their primary bathroom, the Hydukovich's extended us the opportunity to remodel their small corner kitchen, install new flooring throughout their home, and update their living room fireplace. We started by opening up the partition wall between the kitchen and the living area, which enabled us to install a large central island. We introduced a neutral palette with touches of the rustic Southwest for flare. We used solid core vinyl planks on the floor for easy care and installed stacked stone on their fireplace. All-in-all, we achieved a completely refreshed look and a beautiful cohesive design throughout their home.

 Gassel Kitchen Story

Mrs. Gassel is an experienced interior designer, but she wanted help re-configuring her kitchen. She wanted a very dramatic black and white theme, and came to us with a pre-determined color palette. We opened up her kitchen by removing her pantry and a large bump-out wall on the other side. This enabled us to design a kitchen that was more open and functional. For her desired look, we installed beautiful black cabinets with black marbled countertops by Silestone (called Eternal Marquina Quartz).

 Reiter Kitchen Story

Mrs. Reiter came to us with a desire to update and upgrade her outdated kitchen. She wanted a more “desert contemporary” look and feel. Though we couldn't do anything about the size of her kitchen (i.e., it was already one large rectangular room), we designed the kitchen with the cooktop and hood being the focal point for an entirely different look. Natural Alderwood cabinets and touches of Turquoise gave her precisely what she was looking for.

 Tobey Kitchen Story

Mr. and Mrs. Tobey came to us because their large kitchen lacked functionality. The island countertop was small, uncomfortable, and out-of-scale for the room's size. We opened up the kitchen by removing the small, angled island and installed a large one that spanned the width of the kitchen. We also removed their pantry to give them a small, but functional desk as a working area. The soft taupe wood-stained Cherry cabinets topped by Breckenridge Granite Countertops created a timeless aesthetic.

 Diamond Kitchen Story

Mrs. Diamond has a beautiful, Southwest/hacienda style home that was embellished with bold colors throughout. She wanted to update her kitchen to a more neutral palette to make it more timeless. For that, we painted the entire interior with a soft “Igloo White” from Dunn Edwards and installed new Alderwood cabinets in a soft taupe color. The new range hood was also adorned in a soft toned wood to match her wall cabinets, and new lighting fixtures helped deliver the desired look.

 Winegar Kitchen Story

Our clients, the Winegar's, were eager to update their kitchen to reflect the rustic and artful beauty of the rest of their home. They also needed larger, more functional cooking space as they enjoyed entertaining family and friends at their home. To accomplish this, we updated their cabinets and finishes to truly reflect their rustic yet elegant style, and ergonomically designed their cabinets to help organize their cooking appliances and ingredients they so desperately needed space for.
